2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time inasmuch as the period of work contemplated under the auction notice dated 10.02.2012 (Annexure-1) was only for a period of 15 days which has since elapsed
3. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.
4. The application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
