JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samho P.S. Case no. 33 of 2015, registered under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that daughter of the informant was killed by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry and her dead body was also disposed off. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, petitioner No.1 to 3 are mother-in-law, Nand and Gotani of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased Rampari Devi and her husband used to reside separately with the petitioners and with ulterior motive they have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Bhim Sao, husband of the deceased is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
