2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 788 of 2023, instituted under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31883 of 2024(2) dt.21-05-2024 2/3 Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons purchased the land of the informant and when informant asked to pay the remaining amount so that the measurement of the land can be done then accused persons assaulted her husband and also molested her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties due to land dispute. Petitioner Nos. 3 and 6 have one criminal antecedent. Petitioner No. 4 has two criminal antecedents and other petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to co-operate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned
