Appellant-husband has assailed the order dated 01.08.2014, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra, in Matrimonial Case No. 322 of 2012 whereunder the court below allowed interim maintenance to the respondent-wife @ Rs. 2,000/- per month from the date of the order. Besides the maintenance amount litigation cost pendente lite of Rs. 5,000/- has also been allowed.

3. Let appellant pay the same and the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra is directed to ensure that not only the entire arrears of maintenance is paid to the wife but

Patna High Court MA No.712 of 2014 dt.25-06-2015 2/2 she is also paid the current maintenance amount of Rs. 2,000/- per month regularly, failing which the court below will take all coercive steps for ensuring such payment to the wife. If the appellant is regularly paying the maintenance amount, the court below shall take steps for early disposal of the matrimonial case.
