====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 337, 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Perused the report of the learned Trial Judge dated 08.12.2020.

The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months without allowing unnecessary adjournment in this case and shall submit a fresh report after expiry of the aforesaid period from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, who is the main assailant, on bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28417 of 2020(4) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 S.Tr. No. 397 of 2018/409 of 2018 arising out of Obra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
