Vide order dated 16.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C NO.689 of 2013, this court had directed the petitioner to place his case before the Governing Body and thereafter to the Syndicate of the University for consideration of his claim after withdrawal of his writ petition.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the University that the representation and claim of the petitioner as directed by the writ court was considered by the Syndicate and it was rejected by order dated 12.12.2017.

Patna High Court MJC No.4461 of 2014(8) dt.04-01-2018 2/2 The order passed by the writ Court has been complied, as such the present contempt petition is dismissed. The order dated 12.12.2017 rejecting the claim and representation of the petitioner should be communicated to the petitioner within four weeks.
