====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 The petitioner seeks transfer of case of Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013 registered under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act from the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur to the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Upon perusal of the application, I find that nothing substantial has been disclosed requiring this Court to exercise of powers under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C for transferring the case to the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna. I do not find any merit in the application and is accordingly, dismissed.
