2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 207 of 2025 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under section 85 of BNS and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to matrimonial discord and the marriage in between the petitioner and the complainant was solemnized in the year 2010 and out of wedlock, a male child was born and the allegations of dowry demand and cruelty are false and general in nature. It is further submitted that the allegation of murder of complainant's brother is completely baseless as the petitioner is not named in the FIR concerning to alleged murder. It is also

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Complaint Case No. 207 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
