The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 419 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have evaded benefits of Indira Awas Scheme thrice by forging documents. Having regard to the nature of allegation, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51139 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
