Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.

Patna High Court MJC No.1534 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 17012 of 2010 to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee, within a period of four weeks from today.
