JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ayar P.S.Case No.26 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant supporting the case of the petitioner submitted that in fact on misunderstanding the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and it is admitted by the informant that petitioner has wrongly been made accused in this case, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24808 of 2020(3) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ayar P.S.Case No.26 of 2020.
