The petitioner filed this petition for cancellation of provisional bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 on 4.1.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45300 of 2013. It is submitted that the provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioner was cancelled even then, the petitioner was granted provisional bail as the opposite party No. 2 concealed the material facts.

Since the opposite party No. 2 was granted provisional bail on the ground alone that he was ready to keep his wife, the learned court below is directed to pass order within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41376 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 on the provisional bail granted to the opposite party No. 2. With this observation, the petition for cancellation of provisional bail is disposed of.
