The writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To direct the respondent authorities to modify the memono. 3211 dated 28.06.2012 issued b y the District Education Officer, Madhubani to the extent to change the date of promotion to the Senior Grade - VIII for Headmaster in the pay-scale of Rs. 9300 - 34800 with Grade

Patna High Court CWJC No.7736 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 Pay of Rs. 5400/- with effect from the date , when the petitioner completed 12 years of his service in the pay - scale of Graduate Trained Teacher ( equivalent to Headmaster of a Middle School) with all consequential benefits including difference of salary with interest.

At the outset, by referring paragraph 7 of counter affidavit, learned counsel for the State stated that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed vide order dated 29.06.2024 , i. e,. Annexure R/ 1 to the counter affidavit and as such , the present writ application has become infructuous.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to issue order of consequential benefits, if any , to the petitioner as early as possible .
