JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376,511, 354 (R), 323 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 16.11.2016, this Court had refused prayer for anticipatory bail on merit, though no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court. There is no reason to review that order. The petitioner has neither challenged the same nor surrendered up-till-now.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender and prayer for regular bail within two weeks. With the aforesaid observation, this
