The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.51 of 2020 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of his motorcycle while he had gone to take lunch inside the hotel after parking his motorcycle by the side of the road. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Shivam Singh @ Dagru Singh. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from a field situated near Bazar Samiti. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused in three other criminal cases on the basis of the confessional statement of co-

Taking into consideration the fact that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.51 of 2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be local and having substantial immovable property in his name.
