The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 registered under Sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code and section 42(D) of the Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the specific allegation against the coaccused Dilip Kumar. Further submission is that petitioners had already resigned from their posts prior to passing of the order of liquidation of the present society.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
