The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.281 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner alongwith two other co-accused for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.31534 of 2016 with a direction to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.202 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 petitioner to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law without being prejudiced by that rejection order. As such, I do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail and, accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
