2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Godam P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 174 Kg of Ganja. It is alleged that the petitioner is involved in the business of smuggling ganja. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2024.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
