Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kudra P. S. Case No. 334 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 182, 211, 407, 199, 420 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A truck loaded with solar plate worth Rs. 21,85,376/- was stolen from scientific investigation conducted by the Police who analyse the C.D.R. of the driver, helper and other accused persons. The truck and stolen goods were recovered from the Kolkutta.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks from today then the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur will take all coercive steps for arresting the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
