1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of writ/ writs ceretiorary and appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents for construction of the house of the petitioner under

Patna High Court CWJC No.6707 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna which has been sanctioned by the respondents in the name of the petitioner is and it mentioned in list of beneficiary under Pardhan Mantari Aawas Yojna issued by the respondents but due to conspiracy of the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Bilo and ward members of Gram Panchayat Bilo Block Ramgadh chowk District- Lakhisarai has been available give to the other persons whose name was not mentioned in list of beneficiaries persons under list Indira Awas Scheme."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
