Case No. 219 of 2017, dated 05.09.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner as also taking into account that the grandfather of the petitioner had earlier filed a complaint vide Complaint Case No. 749-C of 2017 against the informant of the present case and others, the petitioner, above named, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25597 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri (R.D.R.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2017.
