Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Section 304B/34 has been added. Husband of the victim of dowry death is already in custody. The petitioners are female members of the family.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28282 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 Petitioner No.2 is married Nanad and petitioner No.1 is motherin-law. Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus and petitioners are victim of over implication. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Navinagar Police Station Case No. 298 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
