JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel, Ms. Mallika Mazumdar for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application on the ground that in fact, by the impugned order the application filed by the plaintiff has been rejected and the petitioners are the defendants in the Court below. The learned counsel submitted that the account is not being furnished by the receiver but no such application was filed in the Court below, therefore, the petitioners may be granted liberty to file the aforesaid application before the Court below. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application against the order dated 06.08.2014 passed by Sub Judge VIII, Siwan in Title Suit No.80 of 2008 is dismissed.
