The present application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 635 of 2017 which got dismissed due to non-prosecutioin on 03.04.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner due to engagement in the election of the Advocates' Association, he could not appear before this Court. He further submits that such mistake shall not occur in the future.
