2. Mr. Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has strenuously urged that the said revisional application was dismissed on 10th April, 2025 and the present application for restoration was filed on 16th April, 2025, therefore, the application for restoration is within the statutory period of limitation and the same ought to be allowed.

3. I am in agreement with the submission made by Mr. Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned Advocate for the petitioner and accordingly, the instant application is allowed.
