Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 78/21 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., the only grandson of Kishore Singh was shot at and killed on the orders of this petitioner. The petitioner was also armed. This has happened because of earlier dispute.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and his brother are involved in the brutal murder of a minor boy, this

If the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks, then the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, will take all coercive steps to arrest the petitioner so that the petitioner may face trial.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, through FAX, forthwith. Mr. Sajid Salim Khan, learned S.C.-25, is also directed to communicate this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna on WhatsApp and on telephone.
