The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Ranjit Singh took Rs. 20 Lakhs to provide job in Indian Railway but he did not provide job nor returned the money.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father of Ranjit Singh. The petitioner did not take any money nor assured the informant to provide job. Name of the petitioner has figured in the case because he happens to be father of Ranjit Singh.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48903 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
