The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. case no. 69 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 366, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a house wife. Referring to Annexure-4, learned counsel submits that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has specifically mentioned that the present case is a false case. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25324 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
