Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46560 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Hathori P.S. Case No.139 of 2020 for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners in both the cases have been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion and no material has come during investigation even remotely connect the petitioners with the crime. There is no chance of absconding of the petitioners.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathori Case No. 139 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
