For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ravi Verma, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Rajesh Singh, GP 16 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 20-05-2015 After having heard the parties, this Court does not find any good ground to review the order dated 26.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13116 of 2006 (Annexure-1). In fact, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not been able to point out any error apparent in the order dated 26.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13116 of 2006 warranting review of the said order. The present application seems to be completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
