JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite party no.5. There appears to be no dispute between the parties that this Court's order dated 27.06.2014 has been substantially complied with.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted, however, that while calculating the arrears of salary of the petitioner, the Opposite parties have taken into account the

Patna High Court MJC No.4966 of 2014 (5) dt.05-08-2015 increment which the petitioner was entitled to between the period 17.8.2012 to 13.7.2013.

The petitioner will be at liberty to raise such plea before the District Programme Officer, Khagaria.

I do not find any case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order, requiring it to proceed in contempt jurisdiction. This application is disposed of accordingly, with the observation as above.
