The application has been filed alleging violation of the order of the Court dated 07.02.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3010 of 2014 by which the representation filed by the petitioner had to be disposed off.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, order dated 07.05.2014, copy of which has been brought on record, discloses that the order passed by this Court dated 07.02.2014 has been complied with.
