JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier disposed off vide order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.48940 of 2016.

The report called for from the court below has been received from which it appears that in the light of the order of this Court provisional bail granted to the petitioner has already been cancelled after six months and warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner vide order dated 24.01.2018. In such circumstances this Court does not find any fresh ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.681 of 2018 (3) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 The petitioner may surrender in the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
