JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This case has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph no.1 of order dated 23.5.2019 passed in in the instant case, 'Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016' has wrongly been typed in place of 'Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code', as mentioned in the petition.

In such view of the matter, let order dated 23.5.2019 be modified to the extent that 'Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code' be read in para no.1 of order dated 23.5.2019, in place of the words ''Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016' and other parts of the order shall remain intact. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below immediately.
