The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 379 and 312/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. From perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that prior to the alleged occurrence, a case was also lodged for the same offence against the family members of the informant by the brother of the petitioner, due to that reason, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
