Patna High Court MJC No.4663 of 2014 dt.22-07-2015 2/2 record the decision of the Board of Directors of Aurangabad District Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Aurangabad dated 20.07.2015. The Court expects that the decision granting promotion to the petitioner specifying the post to which he has been promoted in view of the said decision of the Board of Directors shall be communicated to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not already communicated.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to raise his claim before the appropriate authority for grant of consequential benefits, arising out of said decision dated 20.07.2015. This applications stands disposed of with the observation, as above.
