This appeal has arisen out of the suit for eviction. It transpires that in view of the nature of the suit, by order dated 29.04.2010 this appeal was directed to be placed for hearing, if it was otherwise ready. It further transpires that the matter is being adjourned repeatedly at the instance of the appellants. Today also no body has appeared in spite of repeated call for hearing.
