====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 This application for contempt has been filed in the year 1998 and the grievance made in the contempt application is with regard to disobedience of an interim order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8052 of 1997.
It is stated that vide order passed on 18.12.2000 parties were directed to maintain status quo and as this order has been violated, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt.
Records indicate that the said writ petition C.W.J.C. No. 8052 of 1997 was heard on merit on 17.05.2011 and by a detailed order passed, it has been disposed of in the light of various other orders passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Cases by
Patna High Court MJC No.1368 of 1998 (6) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Benches of this Court.
In view of the above, now after disposal of the original writ petition C.W.J.C. No. 8052 of 1997, no case is made out for initiating action for contempt on account of violation of an interlocutory order passed.
The application stands dismissed.
