JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Having regard to the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Union Of India And Ors vs Subedar Devassy Pv (2006) 1 SCC 613 and the fact that petitioner of this case was respondent in the writ petition which was dismissed and the order of the dismissal of the writ petition was affirmed by the LPA Court, the Court cannot issue any fresh direction in exercise of contempt jurisdiction and as such no indulgence at her instance can be given.
