This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 4128 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 376, 323, 225, 380, 457 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

This anticipatory bail application arises out of a complaint case. This application is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53.
