JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.301 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 509, 354(A), 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as the allegation against petitioner Rupesh Das is concerned, he is said to have caused injury on the head of Shravan Das, and therefore, I do not find it a case for anticipatory bail. His application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

So far as other two petitioners are concerned, there are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37565 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 allegation of causing injury, which are simple in nature. In view thereof, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2 and the petitioner no.3. and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application for anticipatory bail stands disposed of.
