Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 05/12/2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10607 of 2014 (Annexure1), the present contempt application has been filed. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order has been complied.

The supplementary show cause to this effect has been

Patna High Court MJC No.1538 of 2019(4) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 filed online, annexing therewith the copy of the order at Annexure- A. Copy of the show cause has also been served on the petitioner's counsel. Learned counsel for the State would be filing hard copy, during course of the day.

In view of the substantial compliance, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings. Petitioner's counsel, however, submits that the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance, the petitioner, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings. With liberty, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
