Case No.299 of 2014 dated 23.05.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

2. From the office report, it appears that said case pending in the court concerned has already been disposed of and the accused persons have already been acquitted on 20.12.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.
