Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court dated 24.01.2013 passed in C.W.J.C No. 1536 of 2013 has already been complied by the Chief Secretary of the State of Bihar, who has passed his reasoned order on 05.06.2013 as contained in Annexure-C to the show cause reply, this contempt application right from the date of its filing i.e. 17.01.2014 was itself misconceived.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
