Parties are present.

It has, specifically, been pleaded at paragraph-5 of supplementary show cause that the recovered amount has already been ordered to be paid to the petitioner for which, steps have already been taken and a letter has also been issued to the petitioner to be present before the Treasury Officer along with certain documents. Furthermore, an explanation has been given on behalf of the opposite party No. 7 that the order for adjustment of the amount has been passed by predecessor of opposite party No. 7.

In view of the aforesaid pleadings as well as submission of the parties, this petition stands disposed off giving

Patna High Court MJC No.43 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2015 liberty to the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition, if his dues amount is not paid to him within a month from today. Personal appearance of opposite party No. 7 stands dispensed with.
