06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sunil Kumar Mandal, learned Standing Counsel - 24 as well as Sri Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for Accountant General, Bihar. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 13-10-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17929 of 2011, whereby, this Court had directed the respondents to clear all the retiral dues of the petitioner within specified time. Subsequently, on an allegation of non-compliance

Patna High Court MJC No.212 of 2014 (5) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 of the order of the writ court, the present petition was filed for initiating contempt proceeding.

In this case, show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties and after examining the same, the Court is of the opinion that it is not a case for initiating contempt proceeding. The petition stands disposed of.
