This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302, 201and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are brothers-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, Sanju Devi. Informant is father of Sanju Devi. Sanju Devi was married with Dashrath Das nine years prior to her death. Allegation is that petitioners have committed murder of Sanju Devi.

Submission of the petitioners is that there is no allegation of demand and just to pressurize false case has been lodged on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge X-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur,
