The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kargahar P. S. Case No.55 of 2017 registered under Sections 294, 354, 384, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of IT Act.

Having regard to the nature of the offence alleged and the defence taken in the bail application as also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has got roots in the society, he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49510 of 2017 (3) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas in Kargahar P. S. Case No.55 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
