The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Unknown persons snatched motorcycle of the informant. Hence, FIR is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2018. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27198 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.83 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
