2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.01.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 78514 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender, as the said petition stood dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to surrender before the Court below within six weeks and make a prayer for regular bail.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, this petition is allowed and further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court where the case is pending and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 78514 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
